Open registration is available for our Fall Season (September 7th thru November16th). To register please print and complete both the registration page and the release page.  New players will need to mail in the following: DEADLINE IS AUG.17TH

• $80 registration fee
• A good Copy of your Driver's License Photo
• completed registration form

For FALL 2007 Returning players  Please supply:

• $60 registration fee
• completed registration form

All fees are payable by check, cash, money order, or cashier check only.  Mail your completed form to:
