Bullseye Put cones 10 yards apart and in the shape of a square. Place a 5th cone in middle of the square which is the goal. 3 on 3 works best with one side as offense attacking to the center cone. When the ball touches any part of the center cone a goal is scored. However, if the defense touches any of the outer cones with the ball they score a goal. Change sides after 5 minutes. The drill is helpful in making the defense go after the ball and the offense to make quick decisions. Number of Players per group: 4-6 Time per group: 5-10 minutes then rotate Drill type: Skills Equipment needed per group: 5 cones 1 ball
Thanks to Coach Henry for this drill. Keep them coming!
